Terms of service
These Terms govern your purchase and use of software and services from Pixel Storm Media Pty Ltd (ABN 39 649 726 974), trading as Pixel Storm Media. By purchasing or using our software, you agree to these Terms.
Licence
Storm software is licensed, not sold. Each licence is perpetual, node-locked to your hardware, for a single user, and non-transferable except as we permit in writing. Your purchase includes 12 months of updates and support; continued updates and support after that period require an active service contract.
Permitted use and restrictions
You may install and use the software in accordance with your licence. You must not redistribute, resell, sublicense, or share the software or licence keys; circumvent or remove licensing or security mechanisms; or reverse engineer the software except to the extent permitted by law.
Payments
Purchases are processed by Paddle as the merchant of record and reseller. Paddle's buyer terms also apply to your transaction.
Intellectual property
All intellectual property in the software and this website remains owned by Pixel Storm Media and its licensors.
Disclaimer and liability
The software is provided "as is" to the maximum extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to re-supplying the software or refunding the amount you paid.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
