Refund policy
Every Storm product is available as a free, fully functional trial before you buy. We encourage you to download and test the software thoroughly to confirm it does exactly what you need.
All sales are final
Because you can trial the software free of charge before purchasing, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds once a licence has been purchased. Completing a purchase confirms that you have evaluated the software and are satisfied that it is fit for your purpose.
Your consumer rights
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes the consumer guarantees you are entitled to under the Australian Consumer Law, which cannot be excluded. If a Storm product has a major failure — for example, it does not work or is significantly different from its description — you may still be entitled to a remedy. If you believe a product is faulty, contact us and we will work with you to put it right.
Payments and disputes
Purchases are processed by Paddle as merchant of record. Paddle's own buyer terms and dispute processes also apply to your transaction.
